In front of the house there is a fenced-in parking for two vehicles and a fire-pit. The main floor has an open floorplan: a living room (w/ TV) and dining area (which seats 6). The kitchen has a full fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee, and blender for smoothies. The three bedrooms are located on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own closet + bathroom (w/ shower). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have a queen bed, shared walk-through closet, and share a full bath. There are stairs leading down to the walk-out basement. The basement has a living area (w/ a TV, a sleeper-sofa and a bathroom w/ shower). The downstairs also has Infrared Sauna and a laundry area. The mud-room can be used to store your sports equipment. Please note maximum occupancy is 8 with up to 6 adults. Children are 12 and under. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except small storage room with heating, gas and plumbing equipment. Other things to note Parking inside the gate is available for two cars.
