Boating access to the Noosa River's fishing and watersports.The apartment is for the exclusive use only of the guests booked; no more than two. Other visitors may not be invited without the expressed permission of the owners who live onsite in the downstairs apartment. The space The Boathouse is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Noosaville. It is next to a busy road bridge over the canal with associated traffic noise, of which guests need to be aware. Despite this the Boathouse is both peaceful and private. The apartment is decorated in a fresh beach style and has an open plan living area leading to a private deck overlooking the water. There is a BBQ for a relaxing evening at home. The residence is surrounded by a tropical garden. Enjoy sundowners on the jetty and watch amazing birdlife. Guest access Shared carport, laundry, private jetty and outdoor entertaining area. Other things to note The Hastings St shopping/dining area, Noosa main beach and the world renowned Noosa National Park with its walking trails, stunning beaches and spectacular views are only a short distance away. If lucky you may even spot a koala.
