Within 5 km of the city, not far from the freeway to get to Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast and only 1.2 km to boutique Bulimba restaurants, entertainment, parks & ferry. The house is private (not boxed in next to other houses) with only 1 neighbour. It has outdoor living spaces, aircon, comfy queen size beds, entertainer's kitchen, full size bath with bathrobes, 60" TV, Netflix, 5G wifi and Grander energised water throughout. Drinking water is reverse osmosis 5 filter system. The space A private residence, close to many things in a leafy affluent suburb. Timber floors, decorative cornices, open plan with fabulous outdoor living and entertaining. All rooms are dual blinds - great for privacy, a sleep-in or keeping the home cool in summer. Cable broadband internet with Wifi, Apple TV Linen is highest quality Sheraton & Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. Australian made and owned natural skincare SUKIN sulphate and paraben free (handwash, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner). With the whole house on a Grander energised water system, having a bath or shower will leave your hair and skin silky and soft. And after the bath, bathrobes are provided to complete the experience. Absolute bliss! Parking is not an issue as this is a corner block street parking in a quiet street. It is a safe place to park at no cost or restrictions. Do not park on the footpath. Not suitable for toddlers and young children, but can accommodate older children. Extra guests are $25 per person per night for Bedroom 2 and 3 (Queen size beds) or in the living area with a king single inner spring sleepover Ottoman or a 3 seater sofa with extra leather ottoman for width. PS Drinking water is energised, chlorine and fluoride free. Guest access The entire home and garden is open to access, with exception of garage and under the house. Modern laundry facilities are available for our guests with washing powder provided. There is an outdoor clothesline also an undercover and a mobile drying frame for wet weather use or personal items. Other things to note If you love cooking, I grow a few herbs- basil and perennial Japanese basil, Italian flat parsley, rosemary, lemon grass and kaffir lime. I also like to cut flowers from the garden when in season. We have said 2 pm check in and 11 am check out. If this is problematic due to travel plans, please discuss with us. There is a charge $50 for early check in and $50 late check out. This is my personal home when not available on Airbnb. You can hang your toiletry bag in bathroom as the cabinets are private use. My food cupboards will be closed as past guests seem to think that I am feeding them.
