The space The Nordau Blue penthouse has been thoughtfully designed for comfortable living and easy entertaining. Located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator access, the apartment overlooks the leafy trees of Nordau Boulevard in Tel Aviv’s Old North. The light-filled living room and open-plan kitchen flow directly onto the 60m² private rooftop terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor space that is ideal for relaxing or hosting friends and family. The terrace includes a decked seating area, outdoor dining table for up to eight guests, and a built-in gas BBQ with an additional outdoor kitchen. There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace, or open the canopy for shade over the deck and dining area. Many guests stay at Nordau Blue while visiting family or friends in the neighbourhood, and the spacious terrace provides a relaxed setting for shared meals, casual drinks or a BBQ after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle and toaster, along with plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar seats two for dining. Filtered drinking water is available directly from the kitchen tap, so there is no need to buy disposable plastic bottles, and solar energy provides the apartment’s hot water. Double doors from the living room lead into the bedroom, which also has patio doors opening onto the terrace. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm) with a medium-firm mattress, along with generous built-in wardrobes so guests can fully unpack during longer stays. For guests who need to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace overlooking the terrace with an adjustable laptop table that can easily be moved outside if you prefer to work al fresco. The apartment is equipped with 300 Mbps fibre broadband and strong Wi-Fi throughout. For entertainment, the living room includes an LG Smart TV, access to Netflix, cable TV and a Sonos sound system that connects to speakers both inside and on the terrace. With triple-aspect windows and patio doors, the apartment benefits from refreshing sea breezes for much of the year. Ceiling fans are installed in the living room and bedroom, with an additional fan on the terrace. The apartment also has air conditioning for summer and heating for winter. A secure shelter is located in the building’s basement. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and private rooftop terrace during their stay. Other things to note The apartment has double-glazed windows throughout, helping keep the space quiet when the doors are closed. There is no parking in the building, but there are three public car parks within 500 metres.
