Our Beach Bar & Grill is located right on the property and open 7 days a week to serve you lunch, early dinner & breakfast by request. Our hospitality is renowned! The space *ABSOLUTELY NO HURRICANE DAMAGE IN GREAT EXUMA, BAHAMAS* This stunning property has the most incredible view of a huge stretch of incredible beach in either direction... You can visit the Exuma Flats in one direction (a great sandbar) or take an adventure walk to Cocoplum Beach in the other direction (one of Exuma's most popular beaches)... Or just spend your days lounging on our beach with a cocktail in your hand! When you stay with us you will be nestled in a small resort setting with five quaint and newly built villas offering all the comforts of home! Keep in mind that our studios are more like hotel rooms (although more spacious than the typical hotel room and with a better view!) in that it's not a fully equipped kitchen. You will have a microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge but this unit is not meant for cooking meals, necessarily. Our amazing Exuma Point Beach Bar & Grill is located right on the property and ready to look after you and your family. Breakfast is available by request and we're open for lunch and early dinner, 7 days a week. Guest access You have full access to the outdoor spaces as well as our lovely Beach Bar & Grill lounging spaces and of course the beach! The property is owned and managed by Maryann and Elivs, a historic and local family, so be prepared to get the TRUE Bahamain experience. Other things to note Disclaimer: We are located in a developing nation on a (somewhat) remote island. Although we are proud of the amenities and comfort we offer in Exuma please be aware that sometimes things do malfunction. We will do our very best to address and/or fix any issue that arises in a timely fashion however we feel it is important to advise you ahead of time that there may sometimes be inconveniences (i.e. interruptions in wifi service or cable tv). We are not able to offer a first world city experience. Having said that... the stunning beauty of our location should soothe away all concerns!! We provide all your linens, towels and beach towels. We have lounge chairs available on the beach as well FREE Kayaks/SUP. Remember your sun screen and bug spray! Sand flies can be a nuisance in the early evenings down by the beach. Coconut Oil or Baby Oil work wonders to keep them away!
