Beautifully presented 5 bedroom house with hot tub

This is a purposefully designed for luxury family holidays that underwent and extensive refurbishment in 2021. Number Twelve is a sympathetically restored five bedroom, four bathroom self catering holiday home in the heart of Pwllheli and a short walk from the beach and harbour and with its own private hot tub. Catering for up to 10 guests, it is a relaxing and cosy home from which to explore the beautiful landscape of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. The space On the ground floor you will find an entrance porch with access to the staircase, a downstairs WC and ample storage for coats and shoes. Beyond this you will enter the well equipped kitchen where you will find a range oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and cupboards full of all you could need for your stay. Adjacent the kitchen is the lounge area with 2 sofas, ambient lighting, fireplace and large TV. at the other end of the kitchen you will find the dining room / bar area, with ample seating for 10 guests, beer / wine fridge, cocktail equipment and hi fi with bluetooth connectivity. The dining room leads on to the paved rear garden which is home to a Weber BBQ, large hot tub and outdoor seating. There is a covered pergola over part of the garden so you can make use of the outdoor facilities all year round! The ground floor was purposefully designed to host large families and groups of friends. On the first floor you will find the cinema room which contains a sofa, comfy seating and a 70" TV! You'll also find the first bedroom which contains a super king bed with Emma mattress and hotel grade bedding (the same in all the bedrooms!), there is an ensuite with a shower, sink and toilet. Adjacent to this room you will find a bedroom with twin beds and then you'll find the first family bathroom which houses a toilet, sink and super large walk in shower! On the third floor there is bedroom number 3 which has a king bed and has views over the Pwllheli marina. There is another Super king ensuite bedroom and another twin, both of which match those on the floor below. We also have the second family bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower and a role top bath with views over the marina, perfect for you to have a glass of champagne in! The house has been refurbished with letting it as a large family holiday let in mind and we hope that you will find that it makes your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. It has been tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make it a home from home for you to enjoy on your holiday. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the whole house.
