Features all the comforts of home including contemporary open floor plan, spacious living and dining room area, private master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and custom-crafted cabinets, tiled bathroom with shower and a spacious ocean view balcony offering spectacular sunset views of the Mexican Caribbean. Other things to note Our minimum stay requirement is four (4) days. However, longer minimum stay requirements may be imposed during high and/or peak travel periods at the owner's discretion. Generally speaking, we impose a five (5) night minimum stay requirement during the winter and summer season, a seven (7) night minimum stay during Christmas/New Year’s, President's week and "Semana Santa," the week preceding Easter including Good Friday.
