Outdoor speakers give you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite music while roasting marshmallows or grilling out. Front yard has plenty of room for you and your gests to play catch, play yard games and for kids to run around! Kitchen has room to cook for the entire party with a Jenn Air gas range, three sinks in the kitchen and wet bar area, large stainless steel refrigerator and enough pantry room to store all your food and beverage. Extra range, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher in the basement to make clean up and storage a non issue. Wet bar in upper level also has an under cabinet dishwasher and mini fridge. The owners love to entertain and the house is stocked with all the needed appliances and gadgets such as a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, powerful blender, heavy cook ware, coffee bar with burr grinder, hot water kettle and pour over, French press and standard coffee maker included with rental.
