Modern Smart Home 4BR w/ Pool in McAllen

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home is less than a 10 minute drive from most of McAllen's most desirable attractions, including La Plaza Mall, McAllen Airport, Quinta Mazatlan, Costco (only one in the Valley), Top Golf, and much more. Our home is private, secure, and safe. It's located within a gated community. Pool is shared with community. Our home is a smart home, with a unique door code given to you on the day of your arrival. The space Three main bedrooms are upstairs. There are two full bathrooms upstairs with showers. The fourth room is downstairs, and can be used as an entertainment room, or bedroom, with the futon being converted into a bed, or you can use one of the two air mattresses we have inside the home. The bathroom downstairs is a half bathroom (no shower). The pool is literally next to our condo. It is also shared with other condominiums residents. Other things to note Family & Child Safety Note: While we welcome families, please be aware that this property is not child-proofed. We do not provide safety gates, outlet covers, or padded corners. Balconies, windows, furniture, and pool usage are designed for adults / adult supervision of children and infants. Guests are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times. By booking, you acknowledge that you are bringing your own necessary safety gear.
