The space Cozy, comfortable and quiet. Great ski resort look. New memory foam mattresses and down comforters, big kitchen with everything you can think of for cooking, wood burning stove for ambience (gas heat). There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the master also has a window air conditioner. The square footage is 1600. Guest access There is a large fenced yard with lots of seating. I even have a she shed (children’s playhouse), outdoor bar and hammock. The backyard has a fire pit and a gas grill. Outdoor table and chairs for 6. Plenty of seating in the backyard and also on the front porch. The master has it’s own access to the backyard and a porch with a swing. Other things to note 7 miles from Flagstaff. Walmart, Bashas grocery, multiple restaurants and sporting goods store. Subway and Mountainaire Tavern within 2 miles. Store less than a mile from the home.
