Maasresidence Thorn Park is a fully equipped park, located in a beautiful area in the heart of Central Limburg, within walking distance of the white colored town of the same name. The space Directly opposite the MRT Promenade lies the brand-new MRT Pool. It boasts a large main pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, and a long slide. Beach chairs line the pools for guests to relax in and keep an eye on playing children. The MRT Harbor is accessible to park guests for mooring both personal vessels or vessels rented at the park. From the MRT Harbor, you can cross the blue bridge towards the MRT Beach, a private beach suited for all manner of activities, including swimming, paddling, surfing, SUP-boarding, and even e-foiling. The Maasplassen lakes form the largest continuous water recreation area in the Netherlands, and the park is situated right on its shores! Besides the plethora of water-based activities, the natural landscape surrounding these lakes is truly unique. With a personal or rented bike/e-bike, it is possible to make a stunning journey through nature, and even across the Belgian border! This detached holiday villa of approximately 255 m2 has a spacious, bright living room plus a sitting and dining area and a television with Chromecast. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators with a freezer, two 4-burner induction plates, two filter coffee machines & a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, two dishwashers, a combi-oven with microwave, and an additional oven. The accommodation has a total of eight bedrooms, of which two reside on the ground floor. They both have two single box springs and share a bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower. On the first floor, there are six bedrooms with two single box springs each, of which two boast an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the first floor includes two luxurious bathrooms, of which one with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a sauna. The other has a sink and a bath. Atop the stairs, there is a safety gate for children. There is one separate toilet on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. The storage room has a washer-dryer combo. Outside, you will find a covered terrace area with garden furniture. There is space for four cars in the parking lot next to the villa and there is free WiFi all around the villa. You can opt for additional amenities when booking this villa. You could consider an outside heater for the terrace, for example. Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is, however, based on availability. All the beds in the accommodation are already made. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking. The layout and style of the interior may differ per holiday villa. Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays. For the most part, our guests will not notice this. Other things to note Pet costs 5 EUR per pet per day. A final cleaning after pet of 35 EUR per stay will apply. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE THE RECEPTION IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER BUILDING; MRT PROMENADE. *Check in: daily between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM *Check out: daily between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM IMPORTANT NOTES * One day before arrival you will receive an SMS with a link to open the boom barrier of the resort. * You will receive a second SMS on the day of arrival with your accommodation number and a link to open the door of your accommodation. If you prefer a key card, you can pick it up at the reception. * It is not possible to pay in cash at the reception and the MRT Shop & Bakery, only by debit card or credit card. You can pay in cash at Humphrey's Thorn. * A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, based on availability. Not all accommodations allow pets. Pet-friendly accommodations can be booked with preference. Other pets, caged or uncaged are not allowed. More than 2 dogs are not allowed. A maximum of 1 dog per accommodation applies in the hotel rooms, maisonettes, penthouses and apartments. * Consecutively, a recreational stay of a maximum of 28 nights is possible, with a mandatory weekly intermediate cleaning, which will be calculated after the booking has been made. * For the group accommodations (8 - 12 - 16 – 20 persons) minimum age of a group is 25 years for at least half of the party. The rest of the group needs to be at least 21 years old. For normal bookings minimum age is 18. Families with children are allowed. An additional deposit may be charged based on group composition. * Business reservations are allowed for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights, with a mandatory weekly intermediate cleaning, which will be calculated after the booking has been made. The condition is that there is a maximum of 1 person per bedroom. * There is a general fireworks ban in the resort.
