Usina Public Boat Ramp is located 3-mins from the property. The driveway is boat trailer-friendly **(Contact us prior to bringing your boat for more details) ** If traveling with pets - must get pre-approval and pay $148.00 pet fee (dogs only - max 2 dogs). Other things to note Pet Friendly (Up to two dogs): All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $148.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival via Airbnb payment request. Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
