The space This is a newly-renovated 1 BR (King), 1 large bath, modern guest cottage privately sited away from the main house. It has concrete radiant floors throughout, a 3-season room, dedicated WiFi, fire pit in back yard, and a seasonal stream. Uber-Modern, fully-furnished kitchen. The bathroom has an extra large soaking tub/showerw/laundry facilities. A screened 3-season room faces the back of the property overlooking a small outside sitting area and stone wall with a water feature. Guest access Please park on the right side of the driveway by the sign. We will make sure the door is open and lights are on when you arrive.
