Welcome to the City of Roses - Coming to town for a girls trip, visit family or a Rosebowl event/concert, the Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center? Come and enjoy Pasadena at this centrally located, peaceful, newly renovated, 2-bedroom & 1- bathroom guest home. The guest house includes queen beds. A back home on a large private/secure lot in a safe neighborhood, with large private patio. TVery close to the Rose Bowl, the Rose Parade route, Cal-Tech, JPL, museums, and Old Town Pasadena The space 2 BEDROOM (675 sq. ft. ) BACK GUEST HOME Your Pasadena home away from home. It’s like staying with family without staying with family! The home is located in a quiet residential area. The guest house is a 2-bedroom home with Queen beds, (one has French doors leading to a sunny patio area), smart TVs, modern bathroom with shower/tub, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (no dishwasher), Wi-Fi w/ Hulu and Netflix, a desk for studying/working, a small dining area, private patio with chaise lounge chairs and outdoor dining/sitting area, outdoor fire tower, propane BBQ, on-site laundry room with washer/dryer, and central heating and air. The house accommodates 4 people comfortably (2 per bedroom) if necessary (1) single rollaway bed (can be made available upon request) which can be placed in the larger bedroom or the living room. All guests must be accounted for. (** Please advise if young children will be guests) Included in your stay: clean linens and towels, make up towel, all kitchen supplies to cook (except groceries) plates, cups, small propane bbq grill, *washer/dryer, beach towels, free secure parking spot (1), board games. *laundry detergent not provided by host Feel free to take your coffee or a glass of wine and sit outside in the patio area next to the fire pit and see the sun rise or set and listen to the famous Pasadena Parrots which fly by every morning around 6:00/6:30 a.m. and every evening around 6:00/6:30 p.m. (you can't miss their squawking). Sits in a beautiful and very quite neighborhood where you can take long walks in the near perfect year round weather. Super safe with lots of charming homes on tree lined streets. The space is 10 minute drive to the Pasadena Rosebowl. The location is perfect for enjoying Pasadena as it is centrally located and also for exploring Los Angeles. Afterwards you can come home and unwind, take a bath, watch a movie or BBQ on the patio. Full kitchen allows you to make your meals and save money during your stay. However, Pasadena does offer tons of great restaurants, diners, bars, wine shops to enjoy or you can order from Grubhub if you want to stay in and not cook. Guest access Full private access to the guest house. The parking area is down the driveway behind the automatic gate and is shared with the front unit (2 units on the lot). Each unit gets 1 parking spot. If you will be arriving in a larger vehicle the parking area may be more difficult to maneuver. In that case, please let me know in advance and we can coordinate the parking or provide street parking. If you have more than one vehicle there is paid street parking available. There is one ring camera that faces the common parking area. The camera does not capture the patio area. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. The unit is located well off the street behind an automatic gate for a quite and secure experience. Many sites, eateries and coffee shops are walking distance. Detailed House Manual will be provided for your use and enjoyment. Other things to note Toby the Husky and Winona the Maltipoo live in the front unit and you may hear them bark from time to time usually only during guest check in when they see new people but they are not allowed in the common parking area or the guest house/patio. -Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoor (smoking is to be done in patio area or 5ft away from any window/door - ashtrays provided outside in patio area) -No Firearms or weapons allowed on site at anytime. -No Loud/amplified music at any time, quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM. -Restore kitchen to check in condition, clean all used cookware and surfaces. -Remove excessive trash outside of trash bin. -Notify us of any stained bedding/carpet that you cannot remove. -You do not have to make the beds at check out just leave for cleaning service. - Please throw all used towels in bathtub at check out We think this set of rules will allow us to keep the cleaning fees and nightly rate at a reasonable price so everyone can enjoy our neighborhood has to offer.
