Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool.
