Entire condo & gated parking with 2 assigned parking spots We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. This must be paid prior to the 11 a.m. check out time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
