Limited supply water sink (reverse osmosis). 3gal tank requires refills.(Explained during check-in) Bread maker (request) Guest access 🏠 Guest Access During your stay, you will have access to the following areas: • Your Private Room: A dedicated and comfortable sanctuary for your exclusive use. • Shared Living Spaces: Full access to the bathroom and the comfort of the living room. • Shared Backyard: You are more than welcome to relax and enjoy our outdoor space! 📍 Important Backyard Reminders: • Safety First: To keep our free-range chickens and the property secure, please ensure the gate remains closed at all times. • Pet Etiquette: If you are traveling with a furry friend, they must remain on a leash in the shared yard to ensure everyone (pets and chickens alike) stays safe and stress-free. During your stay While we offer the convenience of self-check-in, I am typically on the premises and love to personally greet you whenever possible to ensure you are settled in. I am always happy to answer questions or provide local recommendations, but I truly value your privacy and like to give my guests their own space to enjoy their stay. If you need anything at all, I am easily reachable via text, phone, or email. Consider me your local resource whenever you need me! Other things to note 🏠 House Rules & Policies By booking, you agree to the following terms. Violations are grounds for immediate removal without refund. 1. Registration & Occupancy • Check-in: Only the person who booked may check in. All guests must be declared on the reservation. • Undeclared Guests: $40/day per person. Total occupancy is limited up to 2 people; exceeding this is considered trespassing. •Third-Party Bookings: If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, you must register the reservation for at least 2 people, or a $10/day surcharge will be applied to the stay. • Communication: Guests must have a valid, working phone number. If we cannot reach you before check-in, the reservation may be canceled without refund. • Locals: Must contact the host before booking; "Instant Book" is not permitted for local residents. 2. Check-Out & Parking • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM. • Late Fees: $50 fee for the first 30 mins; 2+ hours results in a full day’s charge (does not grant extended stay). • Parking: Do not park in front of the mailbox, driveway, or walkway. Gated parking is available for $5/day. 3. Property Care & Safety • Cleanliness: Remove shoes upon entry. Wash your dishes and take out the trash. • Utilities: Turn off all lights and electronics when leaving. • Security: LOCK ALL GATES and entrance doors when entering or leaving. • Maintenance: We reserve the right to enter the property to remedy any reported issues or complaints immediately without further permission. 4. Pets & Smoking • Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please curb your pets. • Smoking: Strictly No Smoking. $250/day fee for violations. 5. Additional Fees • Pet Fee: $75/day per pet. • Visitors: Drop-offs are fine. $40/person. • Services: In-house service Laundry ($$$), Sweet Cart ($$), Additional Cleaning ($$$). • Damages: Varies by item; guests are responsible for missing or damaged property. 6. Refund Policy • Strict Policy: No refunds for guest cancellations.
