The space is a cozy 850 sq. feet, but the designer interior makes it seem much larger. The functionality and design of the space were at the top of my mind when curating the interior of this beachy gem. Food, grocery, and alcohol delivery are available, and the owner is happy to put any deliveries in your unit before your arrival so you can relax when you arrive. This is PERFECT for your remote work getaway! Enjoy the saltwater pool shared by the four cottages on the property. Your unit has two assigned parking spaces that you can use for yourself and guests. The parking is visible in the pictures and has direct access to the courtyard and front entrance to the cottage. Guest access Your cottage has a 6' privacy fence on one side and a 4' fence with a gate on the other two sides. This porch is a people-watcher's paradise! The courtyard and pool area are shared with the other cottages. The code for the pool gate padlock will be granted after signing a Liability Waiver. Pool hours are from sun up to sundown. If you would like to use the pool outside of these hours, please let us know, and we'll try to accommodate you. Other things to note Publix delivery is available through Instacart, and Whole Foods is available through Amazon.
