Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars or additional pads throughout the community. The Southern Holiday Homes team is always available to assist! A 6-seater golf cart and 4 complimentary bikes are included in the rental. By renting this home through Airbnb, you contractually agree to the legal terms of Southern Holiday Homes' rental management agreement. Travel protection/insurance is not included. This charming neighborhood of the 'Emerald Coast' along the Gulf of Mexico is known for its white sand beaches and Caribbean-like waters, casual-Southern vibe, beautiful coastal dunes, great water-front dining options, and friendly people. It is a 500 acre community with award winning tennis facilities, and acres of parks + gardens + fountains + pathways throughout! Conveniently located right next to the town center of Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, this neighborhood of charming coastal homes and mature tree-shaded streets is the place to be! Nestled in WaterColor’s residential area, the WaterColor BoatHouse sits on the Western Lake, a coastal dune lake, and is where you go for water adventure rentals and experiences of all types! Rent kayaks, SUP boards, canoes and more! They have lesson, tours, workout classes and fun experiences for all ages! WaterColor is such a beautiful community, and there are so many ways you can explore! The golf cart is perfect for this, but there are also other options: walking, biking (bikes can be rented next to the BoatHouse), and paddle boarding and kayaking (also can be rented from the BoatHouse). The WaterColor Bike Barn, located next to the BoatHouse, is a convenient walk to pick up a bike and spend the rest of your day exploring the area’s extensive woodland trail system. There are miles of scenic nature trails through preserved state park forests and around the area's coastal dune lakes. If you prefer sticking to the pavement, pedal through WaterColor’s residential lanes and enjoy the shaded roads. Stop for a glass of wine at The Wine Bar around the corner, then continue your tour taking in the gorgeously-designed homes of this exclusive waterfront enclave. Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The Watercolor HOA requires all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you mustenter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays. AirBnb handles all payments. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
