There will be a $75 fee for any lost/missing passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we immediately communicate them to our guests. Two days minimum. Other things to note ***Gated community ***Speed limit 25 mph must be followed ***No fireworks within the community ***No street parking ***Please be aware that all paperwork, including the community registration, water equipment waiver, and copy of ID, must be submitted to the owner by 3 days prior to check-in. If this is not completed on time, guests will be responsible for covering the additional community fee for late registration. ***Registration paperwork must be submitted at least 3 days before check-in to avoid a $150 later registration fee ***Pets are $130 per pet
