The space -The house has been thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. -*With advanced notice*, we can provide Bella Vista Guest passes so you can take advantage of lakes, pools, and beach access! *Additional entrance fees may apply. -Wrench and relax in our huge bike workshop featuring locked bike storage, repair stand, hang out seating, and a mini-fridge. -Ample parking in both the back and front, and can accommodate up to SIX vehicles, and even camper vans, small trailers or RVs (with approval from host). - High speed WiFi and and Smart TV with house netflix account. - Living room features a Super Nintendo and an assortment of boards games. - Bedroom options include 2 King beds, and 4 XL twin beds with soft linens and lots of pillows. - Bathrooms are well-stocked with toiletries, towels and hairdryers. -The open kitchen features quality appliances including a GAS stove and ice maker. Coffee and tea options include a Keurig, kettle and french press (Keurig pods, coffee, tea, creamers, and sugar included.) - A large laundry room with washer and dryer is stocked with detergent, drying rack, a garment steamer, and first aid kit. - The spacious and secluded back yard with patio is the perfect place to let the kids play, or unwind after a long day of riding or sightseeing. -Gather around the fire pit under a canopy of trees illuminated by string lights. Firewood bundle is included. -We love to host families, and offer a highchair and Pack 'n Play for little ones. -We cannot allow animals because the back yard is not fully fenced. -Standard Check-in time is 3pm and standard check-out time is 11am. **Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, especially if there has been a same day check-out, but in most cases we are able to accommodate the request. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property including a spacious backyard and a detached workshop/hang out space. Ample parking available for up to 6 cars including a van or small RV.
