Treehouse by the beach The space 3569 Shipwatch Road is a unique, bright Boho-style "treehouse" one-bedroom villa, located on the 2nd floor in the very popular Seascape Villas community in the heart of Kiawah’s West Beach Village and is a short stroll to Boardwalk #7, the Cougar Point club house and golf course. Expansive sliding glass doors welcome natural light, and open from the living room out to the screened porch. Nestled amidst the Kiawah foliage and overlooking maritime forest views, the porch provides the perfect spot to listen to the sounds of nature while relaxing. The living room also features a sleeper sofa (with a comfortable memory foam mattress) for an extra guest. The owners of this wonderful hideaway spot have thoughtfully considered every need as they have included a selection of books and games, beach towels, chairs and cart plus toys, high speed internet with a desk perfect for taking those video calls and meetings, and a fully stocked kitchen which even includes an Instapot! When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
