Luxury retreat overlooking Manly Beach

Our contemporary calm and relaxing home is situated on a clifftop overlooking Big Manly beach, with shared private beach access to the beach. The amazing panoramic views of the Hibiscus Coast are spectacular from all bedrooms, lounge, dining room and deck areas. Whangaparaoa Peninsular offers many beaches that are great for swimming, paddle boarding, kite surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, sailing, or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beaches. The space The fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining, two lounge areas opens out to a large wrap around deck, which is the perfect place to enjoy a barbeque and glass of wine at the end of a busy day to enjoy the sunset. On the same level there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed ( Sleeps 2 ) and one with two singles (Sleeps 2) , plus a games /study area. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom and separate toilet. The large master bedroom with Queen bed ( Sleeps 2 ) plus en-suite is located on the top floor. On the ground floor is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking for two cars. Garages are not available for use. All linen is included, along with beach towels, bathrobes and hairdryer. This home sleeps 6 guests only. Plus not suitable for children under 15 years. Guest access The property manager lives on site, in a granny flat below the house. The manager is available to answer any questions during your stay. Please note they have no access to the main house with no shared facilities, so you have complete privacy to enjoy your stay. There is no access to the garages. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES or SMOKING/ DRUGS at this property. Please respect our house rules. Our holiday home can accommodate 6 guests only. And not suitable for children under 15 years. Drive times to: Manly Yacht Club is 5 minutes. Shakespear Regional Park is 7 minutes. Orewa township is 18 minutes. Gulf Harbour Schools / Wentworth College - 4 minutes. Gulf Harbour Yacht Club - 10 minutes. Ferry to CBD - 10 minutes. Auckland CBD - 45 minutes. Auckland Airport - 55 minutes. Coast Plaza and Manly Village which are close by, offer cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, community leisure complex, doctors, medical emergency facility and a movie complex.
