To enhance the ambiance, the villa includes three eco-friendly energy fireplaces, which provide both warmth and a soothing visual element while being environmentally conscious. Guest access Access to the villa’s rooms will depend on the booking arrangement. For a special rate for 2 guests, only the ground floor of the villa (220 sqm) will be available. This includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and a WC. The ground floor also features a 1,100 sqm outdoor space, with a front yard offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the famous Mylopotamos beach. The backyard includes a brand-new jacuzzi for 5 people, set in a historic chestnut forest that is over 300 years old. Please note that while the first floor will remain unlocked and not rented to other guests, it will not be prepared or available for use during your stay if you book the special rate for 2 guests. Other things to note Please notify the villa's staff at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to use the jacuzzi. This allows us to properly fill, disinfect, and heat the water, as it is changed for each guest separately. Please note that an additional fee applies for the use of the jacuzzi. For breakfast, kindly inform our external associate at least one day in advance. We will provide you with the menu options and contact details. This advance notice ensures that the menus are prepared fresh for you on the day of your stay. An additional fee applies for breakfast as well. Thank you for your understanding! In addition it's worth mentioning that while maintaining the privacy you seek, thanks to its enchanting forest location and a nearly 2-meter high stone wall surrounding the property, the villa is conveniently just a 5-minute walk from the central square of Tsagarada. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the famous 1,000-year-old Platanus tree—yes, you read that correctly. This remarkable tree is one of the oldest in Europe. We are looking forward to host you!
