The two storey townhouse is the ideal base for families or groups of friends looking for a special stay. You will find shops, restaurants and cafes just minutes' from the property, and Brighton seafront is only a short walk away. The space Ground Floor Open Plan Living/Dining Room: Living Room Large corner sofa offers comfortable seating whilst you relax in the evenings with friends and family. There's an additional double sofa which opens up into a sofa bed to sleep two. Minimalist artwork dons the walls and stylish furnishings complete the elegant look and feel of this room. Dining area Large table to seat 10 guests comfortably, or cosy 12 with extra stools - perfect for special occasions or simply for getting everyone together. Kitchen Just off the living room/ dining area, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a four ring hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine/ dryer. WC Convenient separate WC located just off the hallway. First floor Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 4) Two double beds with crisp white linen, minimalist artwork and en suite bathroom. Long dressing table with chairs and a mirror, which can also be used as a work space. There's an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 4) Another bedroom with two comfy double beds with coordinated cushions, wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your belongings. Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3) Double bed with bedside tables and lamps on each side. Wardrobe and chest of drawers to stow away your belongings. There's an option for a single bed to be made for you for those who do not wish to share beds. Please request at time of booking. Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2) A smaller double bedroom with monochrome prints and accessories. Bathroom 1 The ensuite bathroom to Bedroom 1 comes with a large shower with rainfall shower above and a handheld shower, washbasin with storage underneath and a heated towel rail. Eco friendly toiletries are provided. Bathroom 2 Family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, wash basin with plenty of storage underneath and WC. Parking There is no parking for this property.
