Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll arrive to a big driveway that fits 4 cars (or a boat, an RV... it's up to you!). Walk in to a spacious, open living room with a dual-sided fireplace and lots of loung space! With two dining tables and a Roku TV there's something for everyone. Straight ahead is a sliding glass door to the amazing, heated and screened-in pool. It starts shallow and goes up to 8 feet deep. There is also a table shaded under a large umbrella, a gas BBQ grill and a quaint firepit for enjoying a relaxing evening. But that's just the start! The full kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. The split floor plan means plenty of privacy. On the left is the large Master suite, with a private bathroom, King bed and a Roku TV. It's called "The Beach Room". On the right you'll find "The Paris Room". This second Master suite is great for family, with a king bed, a double bed and a crib (tucked away until you need it). It also has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Next is "The Quiet Room" with a Queen bed, full closet and dresser where you can get some Z's after a long day of fun. Last is "The Twin Room" with two Twin beds, a bookshelf and a desk for getting some work in between trips to the pool and beach! All three bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, etc. Other amenities include: - Fast wifi - Two TVs with Roku streaming devices for your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Plenty of free TV and movies to stream too. - Coffee and tea, including a coffee maker and electric kettle - Washer and dryer with laundry soap - 4 off-street parking spaces (free of course) Attractions close by: 5 minute walk (less than 1 mile) to Phillies spring training stadium (BayCare Park) 5 minutes to Pinellas Trail (great for biking or walking) 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach, voted #1 in beach in the US! 15 minutes to Clearwater Marine Aquarium 20 minutes to Honeymoon Island Beach and State Park 25 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach (our favorite!) 25 minutes from Tampa Bay Buccaneers stadium (Raymond James Stadium) 35 minutes from Tampa Bay Rays stadium (Tropicana Field) 40 minutes from Tampa Bay Lightening stadium (Amalie Arena) 45 minutes from Florida State Fairgrounds 45 minutes from Busch Gardens theme park and Adventure Island water park You'll have entire home to yourselves, except one locked closet (in the Master bedroom) where our cleaners keep their supplies. Owner and co-host live in the neighborhood, so one of us will be available throughout the day and if there are any urgent matters, feel free to reach out to us in the evening as well. Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in Clearwater, centrally located just a short drive from Clearwater Beach and many other local attractions. Cars are the recommended mode of transportation. There is a strong Uber and Lyft presence, as well as local taxis and public busses. This home is tucked away in a private neighborhood that is just blocks away from the main thoroughfares that connect all local attractions. For stays between June and November (storm season in Florida), we recommend guests opt-in to the travel insurance provided by Airbnb at checkout. While storms rarely hit Clearwater, trips cancelled due to weather will not be refunded, so should be covered by travel insurance.
