Guest unit in a log home on Georgetown Lake. Ski at several near by resorts in the winter (Loveland 15 min). Hiking and biking trails await out the front door as well as fishing, rafting, ziplining. Red Rocks Amphitheater is 35 min away. Several hot springs areas are within scenic drives. The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill. The space Open floor plan with comfortable living area with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with island for 2 and dining area that can seat 6. The kitchen features a gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The master bedroom with king bed is spacious and includes an office area and sitting area and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and no-step shower. Guest bedroom is an interior room with California king bed and adjacent full bath. Guests have their own washer and dryer. Relax on the front porch with your first cup of coffee or after a long day. There is a grill for you to use. Two parking spaces are available on the property for guest use. Guest access Guest unit is completely separate and has its own kitchen, laundry, everything you need in the vacation space. You might never see us during your stay. You might hear our steps if we happened to be in Georgetown or see our cars. We respect our guest's privacy and expect the same in return. Please let us know if you need anything. Other things to note Colorado is very dry. It can be very windy in the mountains. Our house has a lot of wood so as surroundings. If you are a smoker, we do not allow any smoking on premises, you will have to walk outside the main gate to be able to smoke. You are very welcome to be our guest if you are in agreement with it.
