This home makes a splendid gathering place for families with two master suites, four additional bedrooms, a spacious, open living/dining/kitchen floor plan, den with pool table and media room, loft with additional TV spot, plus multiple patios and a huge main deck.  Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King (Upstairs) w/bath 2nd Master - King (Main Level) w/bath 3rd Bedroom - Double (Upstairs) 4th Bedroom - Double (Bottom Level) 5th Bedroom - Double (Bottom Level) 6th Bedroom - 2 Twins (Upstairs Level) There is also a 7th sleeping space with a queen bed off the main living space that has a room divider screen vs a proper door (it is not advertised as a bedroom but certainly can be used as such). The home itself is perched on a hilltop vantage point overlooking a large mountain meadow valley that is teaming with wildlife throughout all seasons.  It is common to see elk, deer, wild turkey, fox, many varieties of birds including hawks and eagles, and even the occasional black bear from the comfort of many outdoor and indoor vantage points. Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Most homes are equipped with either a ceiling fan, box fan and at least one opening window to assist with climate control.. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
