Spacious Condo Downtown Fargo

This is a one-of-a-kind space nestled in the heart of downtown Fargo near shops, restaurants, and bars. Perfect for large groups with 4 full beds, 1 twin bed, 3 couches, and plenty of room for air mattresses. There is a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a giant living room/dining room area. The space The unit is on the lower lever so you will have to go down a flight of stairs. The 4 bedrooms do not have doors. They are simply separated by a concrete wall. You will be able to hear the person in the bed next to you. The twin bed is above one of the 3 couches (lofted bed over a futon). There is no reserved parking. Street parking is available on all of the streets and avenues around the building, just keep an eye on the time limits. There is a parking garage 1 block north on Roberts Street (called Robert's Garage). Parking is free for the first 2 hours and only metered 8am to 5pm weekdays. Parking on the street directly in front of the Condo is 90 minute parking from 8am to 5pm weekdays and is free Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. This unit is only used for short-term rentals. The hallway outside of the unit is a shared hallway where there are storage rooms and other apartments.
