Sleep & Eat - Oceanfront, 4-bedroom The space LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): This luxurious 4 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home is located on Myrtle Avenue in close proximity to the Sea View Inn. This is a quiet part of Pawleys Island beach without any public beach accesses nearby. The reverse floor plan on the home puts 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, and the kitchen and living areas upstairs with the master on the first floor. Light and airy, the ambiance of Sleep and Eat provides for serenity and relaxation each day of your vacation. Hear the waves crash or the squeals of delights from kids playing on the beach on the oceanfront decks and porches. There are also porches on the marshside to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The kitchen has a gas range and is fully stocked with plenty of items to please the most dedicated chef. Entertain with a Low Country Boil or utilize the charcoal grill for delicious evening meals! Catch a nap in the hammock provided under the house to swing into solitude and relaxation. There's a large bedswing and plentiful rockers provided on upstairs porches. Wet bar on main floor for refreshments! Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
