Welcome to our newly refurbished 2 bed lux flat. We have recently remodeled this unit and have made it much more comfortable for guests. It is Clean, central, tucked away in a leafy quiet street and above all, safe. Access to this property is by remote key fob and code. We also have the benefit a camera that monitors the access to this property. We are 4 minutes by train to London Bridge and a heartbeat to Old Kent Road. The space This is a luxurious 2 bed flat tucked away in a leafy residential street yet within minutes to transport and shopping. It is 4 minutes by train to London Bridge and a heartbeat to old Kent road. We have taken care to address every issue raised by previous guests in our quest to give guests a 5 star experience. We have basically torn everything down and remodelled from the scratch. Our apartment now boasts a designer kitchen, bathroom equipped with a Whirlpool spa bath, solid wooden floors, designer lighting, It is a back street away from the hustle and bustle but very much central to everything. It is tucked away but very proximate to the centre of town and bustling vibes. Guest have access to the entire apartment with all the essential facilities that one needs to function in their own home. I am always an email or a call away. I respond to 99% of all emails within 10 minutes. I give guests total privacy except when called upon by them. Great neighbourhood, leafy residential area and 4 minutes to a station. The neighbourhood is middle class and you can enjoy a stroll around. South Bermondsey station is 4 minutes walk from the apartment. From South Bermondsey is 4 minutes from London Bridge. There are buses within 2 minutes walk as well. Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment with all the basic facilities that one needs to function in their own home. Other things to note No parties and no smoking. Only named guests are allowed into the apartment. CCTV camera monitoring the entrance doorway only. ID will be requested prior to check in. Proof of address may be required. For stays more than 7 days, a mandatory #90 Fee is charged for a weekly clean. Sheets will be washed and replaced, kitchen tidied, bathroom cleaned and floors mopped. You will be at liberty to prioritize what you want cleaned. The cleaning will last 4 hours.
