Split over three levels with substantial outdoor space, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out – there’s even a cosy kids TV-watching nook complete with two cute beanbags. The space Oozing charm in all the right ways, the inspiring kitchen and dining area have a mezzanine overlooking the living room. Characteristic of Queenstown, there’s a schist-surrounded open fireplace in the lounge which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. Plus, this ambient room has the most spectacular backdrop of lake and mountain views. Warmth is fully provided for throughout the entire house with central heating and an additional wood burner in the kitchen. The locally renowned Queenstown Hill Track can be easily accessed by following a path from the door step of this home. Also within walking distance to town, this location is super convenient for making the most of all the activities and dining options offered in Queenstown.
