There is floor fan as well ✔ There is central heat if needed but mini split AC/heater works great ✔ Iron, Iron board ✔ NO Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Stove/Hot plates/Oven/Hot tub ✔ Monterey County Ordinance requires Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)equal to 10.5% of rent for stays less than 30days which is added as a line item in the checkout. The taxes included in the amount you paid when reserving the rental are forwarded to the Monterey County Tax Collector under Certificate Number displayed in the room ✔For stays more than 30 days, there is no TOT Tax that will be collected separately. Pls complete the TOT exemption form on the first day checkin to be compliant ✔ I live in the other side of the home with 2 small labradoodles who are very friendly, so you might see me as well -:) ✔ You are renting out my entire Master Bedroom en-suite.
