This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (with lift access) is in a waterside development just a 15 minute walk from Princes Street and 10 minute walk from Haymarket train station. The Dean Village is a few minutes walk away and approximately a 10 minute walk away is an excellent selection of bars and restaurants in the city’s West End. The bath only has a hand-held shower, therefore it is not designed for standing up in. For full showering facilities please use the en-suite shower room The space It is a very peaceful location yet is close enough to walk to the city centre (Princes Street) in about 12 minutes. The apartment is serviced by an elevator/lift. There is a lovely walkway along the river just on the other side of the building. Fast WiFi (50-60 mbps) is provided. It is a quiet area but the shops and sights of the city are just a few minutes walk away. It is less than a 15 minute walk to Princes Street, while a host of shops, bars and restaurants (Queensferry St) are less than a 10 minute walk away. There is a nice little coffee shop a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Public transport (the airport tram stop) is a few minutes walk away at Haymarket.
