This house is a true delight, a second-row beach house in the Birds Nest section of Pawleys Island, SC. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is just steps away from two public beach accesses, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your family getaway. The interior of Alie House is stylish and inviting, with modern decor that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the amenities and items you need to prepare a great meal for your family. After a day of sun and sand, unwind on the front porch, where you will find rocking chairs, a great place to sit with an afternoon cocktail or an early morning cup of joe. Each bedroom is designed to ensure a restful stay. The first master suite is located on the first floor, providing a king-sized bed with an en-suite for added privacy. The second-floor hosts 3 other bedrooms. Here you will find your second master suite equipped with a King Bed and its own en-suite. Bedrooms two and three both share a full bath with access in the hallway, and both are equipped with a Queen Bed. Best of all, your furry friend is welcome here, too. Dogs weighing 50 pounds or less can join in on the fun, making this the perfect spot for the whole family. Do not miss the chance to book The Alie House for your next vacation. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
