Spend your days swimming, shell collecting, and soaking in the sun. A Surfside permit allows for daytime beach driving and parking—but no overnight camping or fireworks are allowed. Guest access Enjoy full private access to the home and yard, with generous parking in the driveway and beneath the house. Street parking is also available. Other things to note We accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably but enforce a strict no-party policy to ensure our home remains a welcoming space for all. Guests are required to complete guest verification through our third-party insurance provider (Truvi) prior to check-in, ensuring peace of mind for both our guests and our property. Guests are given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Please note: Heavy rain may result in minor flooding beneath the house.
