“The Driftwood” at Little Indian Resort.

At the end of your adventurous day come back to THE DRIFTWOOD, pour a drink and relax on the screened in porch that over looks the pool 50 feet a way. Share your family and friends' tales from boating, exploring Dogwood Canyon, or visiting Silver Dollar City. Grill up a masterpiece for dinner while the kids unwind with Xbox and Wii. Then settle in for memories to be made playing board games or watching movies on the living room big screen TV. The space The screened in porch is one of my favorites! I enjoy having my coffee in the morning while listening to the quietness of the morning. Hearing the boats off in the distant and smelling the Ozark air. The time I get to spend with my family is limited on a day to day basis, but here I enjoy playing board games, Xbox and Wii or swimming, watching a movie and taking walks. Time truly does slow down at the lake. What a blessing that is. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to either grill, or cook in. All linens are provided, beds are ready for you at the end of a fun filled day. We have 1 King bed on the main floor, 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds, along with a sofa sleeper in the living room. WIFI allows streaming of movies and doing work ( if you have to) while staying at our place. Truly, everything is here!! We have a beautiful area that surrounds us. Enjoy a walk, a great playground, a great community pool, The Baxter Campground located next door, the Boat Marina across the street just down the driveway. We have a great Pickle ball and Basket ball court, bring your stuff and enjoy a little competition! Millie Joes restaurant is located across the street. They offer hamburger, pizza and great breakfast incase you want something easy. The Oasis Burger is located about 6 miles up the road and will deliver to house! They are open Weds - Saturday. Guest access Guests will be asked to text when they are about 1/2 hour away. Then a access code to the front door will be sent back that will allow you in. There are 3 parking spots directly in front of our unit with electricity to plug into for the boat. Additional parking behind the house on the lower parking lot and of course the marina across the street. Boat slips are available to rent. Contact Baxter Marina directly to get yours while you stay. Other things to note We offer a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook yummy meals or grill using our propane grill. We also have another full propane tank so that you will never run out while you're cooking that great steak ! We offer coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, pam, cooking oil, 2 rolls of paper towels and napkins, Kleenex, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (6 total), bath towels, Hair dryer, wash cloths, hand towels and body soap. Please bring shampoo. We offer laundry pods and dryer sheets. Our in house private laundry area is located downstairs. We have a few pool towels, but we recommend that you bring yours too. We have internet but no cable TV at this time, however our WIFI does great at streaming movies. WE have kids movies, books, board games, Xbox and Wii! Each bedroom has a TV and has a bathroom too. You will feel right at home at the Driftwood.
