Welcome to our chic and captivating River North Retreat, a proud member of the ComeVisitNashville family of homes! This spacious 3-story townhome boasts 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room that invite you to unwind. Both bedrooms are on the third floor and come complete with private bathrooms and charming balconies. The primary suite is a sanctuary with a queen bed, a sprawling en-suite bathroom featuring a massive walk-in shower, and a private balcony with seating. The second bedroom is equally delightful, offering a queen bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generously sized balcony. Not to be overlooked is the living room, where the couch transforms into a surprisingly comfortable queen-size sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a plush place to sleep. Designed for comfort, the living room features ample seating and a flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV for local channels and all your streaming needs (bring your own account logins). If you're a music enthusiast, the record player and curated vinyl collection set the stage for a perfect soundtrack. Feel free to indulge in a quiet night-in with our collection of board games. The fully-stocked kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. With a dishwasher, espresso and coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and more, you have everything needed to whip up and savor delicious meals. The dining table and kitchen bar area provide an ideal setting for shared culinary adventures. For your convenience, there's a half-bathroom on the second level, along with the kitchen, dining, and living room. We've got you covered with towels, hair dryers, and an iron/ironing board. And yes, there's a washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. We welcome up to two potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for a nominal fee of $25 per night per dog. (Collected via the Resolution Center after booking. Check out the House Rules for more details.) Our private garage accommodates 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle, depending on size. Please note that parking is limited to the garage only. Nestled in East Nashville, our townhome is at the heart of the foodie, artist, and hipster scene. Immerse yourself in the artsy vibe with a myriad of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, parks, and music venues within a few square miles. TopGolf is a mere 5 minutes away, and downtown/Broadway beckons just 3 miles from our doorstep. Experience the best of Nashville from our unique and inviting River North Retreat. We can't wait to host you and make your stay truly memorable! Guests have complete and private access to the entire townhome as well as the garage, with parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. We give our guests privacy and space, with keypad entry for ease of check-in. But we are always available by phone (text or call) for any questions, needs, or recommendations! The townhome is in vibrant East Nashville, with quick/easy access to just about everything you'd want to do in the city. We are just 5 minutes from TopGolf, 2.5 miles to Five Points (the social center of East Nash) and less than 3 miles to downtown. While this isn’t a walkable area, a very short Uber or Lyft ride will get you to a number of nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. Our transitional neighborhood has a mix of new construction (like ours), renovated homes, and older houses. There's lots of development happening, with new homes, shops, and restaurants going up all the time! We’ve never experienced crime at our house but this is a city: be smart and mindful. Remember that staying so close to the downtown core means you’ll be in an urban community. If you're looking for a beautiful and spacious home in close, convenient proximity to everything in Music City, you’ve found it! We look forward to hosting you! Close and convenient access to: ★ Retrograde Coffee (local coffee shop), Coneheads (chicken in a waffle cone!), & Shugga Hi (bakery, brunch, & lunch café) are all less than 1/2 mile away. ★ TopGolf (1.7 miles / 5 min) ★ Five Points - hip East Nashville neighborhood with bars & restaurants (2.5 miles / 7 min) ★ Nissan Stadium (2 miles / 6 min) ★ Broadway bars & honky tonks/live music, like Tootsies, Acme, FGL House (3 miles / 12 min) ★ Bridgestone Arena (3.7 miles / 11 min) ★ Music City Center (3.6 miles / 9 min) ★ Ryman Auditorium (3 miles / 12 min) ★ Germantown neighborhood (2.4 miles / 6 min) ★ Music Row (6 miles / 11 min) ★ Grand Ole Opry (10 miles / 15 min) ★ BNA Nashville Airport (9.3 miles / 14 min) If you're a new user on Uber, you can get a discount on your first ride with the following promo codes. (This is a big help if you plan to use a rideshare service from the airport!) Uber: uberalece RECOMMENDATION: If you're planning to check out a few restaurants, spend evenings on or around Broadway and East Nashville, enjoy some live music, and hit a few tourist spots downtown, you don't need to rent a car. Stick with rideshares, as the hard-to-find and expensive downtown parking will likely cost you more. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown average only $6-$10! However, if you want to explore more of Nashville beyond downtown (and, trust us, there is plenty more to experience!), then rent a car as things are spread out. Just about everything is in about a 15-minute driving radius, which isn't bad at all! Make note, that Nashville does not have an extensive public transit system (at least not yet anyway... FINGERS CROSSED!), and it's not a very walkable city in that there isn’t a natural flow to walk between neighborhoods. The easiest way to get around town is in a car. — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 1-4 guests. Additional guests (up to 6) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 6. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (Details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals. PERMIT #: 2019_followedby_050241
