Located in Helen, right on the Chattahoochee River,yYour family will be close to everything. Downtown Helen is only three blocks away. There is a covered, screened sitting area, fire pit, horseshoe pitch, eight person outdoor dining table and more. There is a handicap ramp and the downstairs bathroom is handicapped equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a TV in each bedroom and a 50" flat screen TV in the living room. Large rooms, each with a smart tv in each room. Gusts have access to the whole house. We live right in the neighborhood and can be there if you need us. We do drive by the property daily. The parking area is limited to a maximum of five cars. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the house. For the security of the property and safety of our guests, there are security cameras outside the house, but there are absolutely no cameras inside. To avoid additional charges, please be accurate with the number of guests in your party when making your reservation. Understating the number of guests can result in an additional charge.
