Unit 2 is a spacious 1 bedroom unit. The unit is older style, but comfortable and being the most forward property on the beach side of the road, there is nothing to view from the lounge and deck but nature. There is a 15 -20 % booking charge by this company. (The owner is charged as well as the renter) It is directly in front of beach reserve leading down a path to the dog-friendly beach, and a path to the river mouth in one direction and the main Pambula beach in the other. The unit is part of a 3 unit residence. Unit 1 is a smaller 1 bedroom unit next to this unit. Unit 3 upstairs is a 2 or 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom or 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom unit.
