Welcome to Casa Can Nadal, a spacious village house on the outskirts of Sineu. Its elevated position offers a wonderful panoramic view. This beautifully renovated and well-equipped village house with the typical Mallorcan stone facade is divided into the ground floor and the first floor. As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in a large entrance hall, providing access to the garage and the lower terrace where the inflatable pool is set up, along with the washing machine and clothesline. The space On the ground floor of the house, there is a cozy double bedroom (without air conditioning) and a bathroom. A staircase with 17 steps leads you to the upper part of the house. Here, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a comfortable sofa area, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, all of which are air-conditioned. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen all have direct access to the spacious 50m2 terrace, from which you can enjoy stunning views all the way to Puig de Randa.
