Chalet only 1.5 Hours from Toronto, centrally located off Highway 400. ***Fastest satellite internet connection with Starlink*** The space The cottage has all the amenities one would have in their home yet maintains a cottage charm with a pine interior. It is a open concept space, allowing the family to be together while relaxing in the family room or lounging at the dining table. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two full washrooms. The third bedroom is located on the second floor, equipped with bunk beds, perfect for the kids or adults or both. For those that want some more privacy, the bunkie is the prefect space, which is the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up family dinners! If you prefer to dine in the outdoors, enjoy a bbq meal on the patio. A fully screened in Muskoka room is the prefect place to escape and enjoy the lake view, enjoy a good read or simply lounge all day. Guest access The entire cottage and bunkie with the exception of the front closet in the great room inside the cottage, the boat house and garage, is accessible. Other things to note The Muskoka room is a three season room which has a pull out sofa bed. The sheets and pillow required for the sofa bed are included in the storage foot rest. If you use these please leave them out on the sofa on checkout. Portable heater and A/C units with remote are for in the Muskoka room if needed. Please unplug these when not being used. The main room has a pull out sofa bed. The sheets and pillow required for the sofa bed are stored in the upstairs bedroom closet. If these are used please leave them on the sofa bed on checkout. Portable heater and A/C units with remote are provided for in the Bunkie (room 4) if needed. Please unplug these when not being used. A high chair is provided and stored in the 2nd bedroom closet A foldable play pen is provided and stored in the 2nd bedroom closet. Three additional foldable chairs are provided and stored in upstairs bedroom closet. Please turn off the gas valve when the bbq is not in use. Just turn the valve to the right and down. Items supplied: One roll of toilet paper for each washroom One roll of bounty for the kitchen One box of Kleenex Garbage bags for the kitchen and washrooms One hand towel for each washroom One foot shower matt/towel for each washroom Liquid hand soap in each washroom. Dish soap, j cloth and dish sponge. Dishwasher soap tablets. Kitchen/dish drying cloths which are in the kitchen drawers. Please be sure to bring your own towels and additional supplies beyond what has been provided. Please bring laundry detergent and softener if you wish to use the laundry machine.
