The second and third bedrooms both have 2 king single beds each. The apartment is perfect for families, groups or anyone looking for a holiday apartment with space to spread out. The cool, tiled open plan living and lounge area offers everything you need to relax on holidays, complete with comfortable furnishings, free Wi-Fi and smart TV to connect to your Netflix / Stan account. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine (pod style, Nespresso compatible) and there is plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. Step out to your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the lovely ocean views and breezes. This is the perfect place to enjoy Cooly Rocks On and the other festivals held throughout the year. There is main bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.   Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
