We built the cottage with a lot of effort, time and love. The aspiration was always to build it as if you were going to move in with the whole family yourself. We have maintained this until the last day and do not want to let up in our aspiration. Amenities of the "Feuerstein" holiday home The "Feuerstein" house offers enough space for relaxing holidays with a living space of 128 sqm spread over two floors, a furnished terrace and a south-facing garden with an unobstructed view of the Bodden Sea. Particular emphasis was placed on the spaciousness of the rooms and the tasteful, high-quality furnishings. With a fiber optic connection and 50 Mbit/s, you are at the forefront of Rügen! If your children come with you, we can also reduce the speed :-) On the ground floor is the very spacious living and dining room with a large oak dining table for 8 people. The living area provides a modern sitting area and an armchair as well as a fireplace for comfort. Good entertainment after an eventful day on vacation is provided by an LCD TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player with an extensive DVD collection and a SONOS home theater system. The SONOS system consists of a SONOS Beam, two SONOS ONE as a surround set and a subwoofer for more intense bass. A well-stocked collection of books and games will not let you get bored even in bad weather. The high-quality kitchenette, harmoniously integrated in the living area, has a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-zone induction stovetop, a fridge/freezer combination, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle iron and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and is equipped with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower room with a flat shower tray (1.00 m x 1.00 m) and toilet is also located on the ground floor. All doors on the ground floor have a passage width of about 95 cm, which underlines the generous character of the house. Tall people will appreciate the passage heights of the doors of 210 cm as well as the double bed in excess length in one of the upper bedrooms. Upstairs, with designer flooring, there are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed (one with 220 cm extra length) and a flat-screen TV. And if there is urgent office work to be done on vacation, it can be done in one of these bedrooms at the desk with seating and a separate LAN connection. The third bedroom features a corner bunk bed with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and a smaller desk with seating. There is plenty of space for your wardrobe in all bedrooms. The spacious bathroom features a shower with a flat shower tray (1.00 m x 1.00 m), a bathtub and the in-house sauna. A spacious wash area with toilet and bidet as well as hairdryer are also included. The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. A free Wi-Fi connection with 50 Mbit/s is available for guests. There are no additional costs for telephone connections to the German landline. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for free use. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. You can park your bikes in a lockable bike shed! We ask for your understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that we do not allow pets. This vacation home is suitable for 1-7 people. The price does not include firewood, e-car charging (according to consumption) and the tourist tax. The linen packages are already included for up to 5 people. Additionally bookable on request from the 6th person: linen package 1 x complete bed linen, 2 x small towels, 2 x large towels, 1 x bath mat, 1 x dish towel (€ 22.00 per person rental fee) sauna package/wellness package 1 x bathrobe, 2 x large towels, 1 pair of wellness slippers (one-time € 22.00 per person rental fee) Firewood is not included in the price and can be procured yourself. Other things to note Guests with an electric vehicle can conveniently charge it at an in-house electric charging station (0.60 EUR/kWh) with up to 11 kW charging capacity and a type 2 charging cable for electric cars.
