Spacious and modern house in sittard

Fully modernized house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room, 38m² lounge area (2nd living room) and small basement in residential area de Baandert. Free parking in the street. Garden area with seating area and pavilion. Both living rooms and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The house has 3 floors with 2 stairs. A maximum of 10 minutes walk to the historic city center of Sittard with many cafes and restaurants. The space Nice chilling on the large corner sofa after a day of work or on the road. During sultry summer evenings, sit outside on the lounge sofa under a pavilion and enjoy a drink and/or barbecue. Guest access The house is completely accessible to guests. There is a door closed that leads to our office. Sometimes we work from our office, but there will be no interaction with the guests. Our office has a complete private entrance that is screened from the house and garden. Other things to note - It is not allowed to smoke in the entire house - It is a requirement for garbage to sort. Green waste in the trash can with green lid. Residual waste comes in the trash can with gray lid. Both large trash cans are in the garden. In the kitchen is a duo waste bin where residual waste and plastic must be separated. Waste bags for plastic lie in one of the kitchen drawers (PMD garbage bags). For paper/cardboard there is a basement bin. Upon check-out, please deposit paper/cardboard/plastic in the municipal underground waste bins that are opposite snackpoint fortuna, located in Henric van Veldekestraat 36 (100 meters from our house). - Some lights are controlled by a time switch and this lights will turn on/off at certain times. We therefore ask all guests not to change this independently. - Heating is set to 19.5 degrees and the underfloor heating in the 2nd Living Room at 22 degrees. If necessary, the air conditioning can be used to heat up to 20 degrees). Keep all doors and windows closed at all times so the heat can't escape - In summer, the air conditioning units can be used to cool. Maximum cooling to 21 degrees is allowed and do not forget to keep doors closed. Cooling and then opening the garden doors and windows is of course a waste of energy. Only by using energy more economical we can keep the prices low. - Before check out, the house must be left broom clean. Upon entering, you will find a folder where these rules are mentioned again in Dutch/German and English. It also contains some other rules and local information that all guests must adhere to.
