All bedrooms have windows with mosquito nets and fans, in their high ceilings upstairs and standing downstairs. The exterior has a furnished terrace with a dining table and garden chairs, a garden for children's recreation, an olive grove and a large private 20 x 3.5 meter salt chlorination pool. The pool is located in a large fenced area with a nice lawn garden, sun loungers and a lounge covered by pergolas. Rehabilitated in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is located on a flat and open 5,000 m2 estate for private use. It has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
