This 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home was custom designed to utilize all available space for relaxation and to enjoy lake and ski life. Across the street from Wisp (1/2 mile), this lake front property can be enjoyed throughout all 4 seasons. Ski n Wake has 4 king master suites, one on the main level with 3 other King master suites on the top floor. Two of the top floor king master suites have access to a private covered lakeside balcony. Had to purchase a used Hot tub temporary as the new one we ordered back in February will not arrive until December! (that's just crazy). We provide starter complimentary bathroom amenities in case you forgot something. These are not meant to last your entire stay. The kitchen is stocked with 20+ spices, olive oil, vegetable oil, spray pam, and sugar. In addition, we provide complimentary K-cups so that you can enjoy the sunrise instead of running out for the basic supplies. In the fridge, we provide butter and condiments. Pool table converts to a ping pong table and we also supply LED corn hole to enjoy in the yard. When not relaxing inside, walk out from the bottom level to another covered deck to enjoy two glider sofa's as well as a gas fire pit and the covered hot tub area (future construction plans include placing the new hot tub under a gazebo so that we have more outside covered space to enjoy. Separately, closer to the dock, we have an LED umbrella and picnic table to enjoy meals by the lake. Don't forget to enjoy the wood burning fire pit and hear the waves splashing against the shore. Firewood is stocked at the property for you to enjoy during your stay. PETS are NOT allowed. Bed layout is as follows beginning on the 3rd floor: There are three king bedrooms all master suites. 2 of them open up to a private balcony that faces the lake. The third master king suite faces the mountainside. There are also two grey memory foam sofa sleepers on the 3rd floor in the open space. These are twin size. But oddly super comfortable. Main level bedroom is also a master suite and has a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Basement level is a queen sofa sleeper. There are also two bedrooms in the basement. One has a king bed and twin bunk beds. The other is a king bed and a sliding glass door walkout to the covered deck and lake level. The property service fee covers all the extra amenities, unlimited firewood, linens, sheets, towels, comfortable, snuggle blankets, spices, condiments, K-cups (starter pack), one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, roll of paper towels, foil, zip lock bags, Saran Wrap, sugar, butter, etc.
