Swimming, climbing, horseback riding, golfing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and much more is possible in the vicinity. Interesting excursions by car, e.g. to Fulda, Alsfeld, Spessart or the nearby Rhön, will round off your stay. The space The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and sideboard with books and games. Other amenities include a TV (satellite TV), Internet radio and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frame and high-quality allergy-free mattresses as well as two night consoles and a spacious wardrobe. Your clothes can be stored in a small wardrobe and a linen dresser. A TV (satellite TV) is also available. Our fully equipped kitchenette offers some comfort. The equipment includes a fridge with freezer, microwave, high oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, table grill, kettle, blender and much more. Dish towels are available in sufficient quantity and of course included in the price. The cozy dining area can accommodate 6 people. The bathrooms each offer a large floor-level shower with a rain shower and a vanity bathroom furniture combination. The 30 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture. 2 awnings provide shade. A few steps lead directly into the fenced garden, where your furry friends can let off steam to their heart's content while you prepare delicious steaks on the barbecue. Your bicycles can be accommodated in the bicycle garage. Dogs are welcome guests as long as they are not allowed on the sofa or in bed. We take it for granted that their excretions in the garden are removed by the owner. We will gladly provide a bowl, basket or blanket for your favorite pet, so you do not have to travel with additional luggage. Linens, towels and hand towels are included in the price. Electricity, water and heating are included in the price. Children up to the age of 5 and dogs stay with us free of charge. When booking with a dog, a security deposit of €200 will be charged, which you will receive back after the final cleaning.
