The car port offers pool/ping pong table, outdoor bar and swings! (please note that this is only available during Spring through October.   Hummingbird Creek Retreat is located in Swansea Point, Mara Lake, BC.  Walking distance to the beach and close to the public boat launch.   The Inside Scoop Cozy up by the wood burning fire place in the Great Room, while you enjoy a movie on the 60" TV!  This property has a bright and open living space with vaulted ceilings and inviting décor.  The kitchen is great for entertaining with dining table and sit up island bar. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook any meal.   Lay Your Head The Masters Chamber is located on the second floor and offers a queen bed, large closet, 3 piece en suite bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom is located on the main floor; offers a queen bed and patio doors to the front porch with rocking chair and sitting space for two.   The 3rd bedroom is located on the main floor; offers a queen bed. Guest access Guests may use the hot tub at their own risk. Other things to note Local Bylaws ***Quiet time bylaw between 10 pm and 8 am*** Please be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to local bylaws. Complaints from neighbors to our local authority can result in suspending the home owners ability to continue to rent their home. This property is on a septic system. Please no Sanitary Napkins, Paper Towel or Kleenex in toilets. Well Water - It is recommended that guests bring drinking water as a precautionary measure.
