Boasting 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen, the interior has undergone recent renovations providing a fresh and updated ambiance. The space Everything inside has been newly remodeled. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a private boat ramp with a large dock and individual boat slip as well as boat/jet ski trailer parking. There is a picnic area near the water as well as large grass picnic areas. It is located next to the marina outside of the country club. We are right across the street from restaurants and gourmet grocery store with wine shop and deli. Other things to note ---Things to Note--- 1. Additional dog fees will be assessed. $75 per stay. Breed and size restrictions. 2.The docks are unavailable for use during the period from October 1st to May 1st. 3. Owner requires additional screening. 4. 2 tandem spots for 4 vehicles. Boat trailer parking 5. Pets: NO MORE THAN 1 DOG. Breeds and size must be approved by owner prior to booking. No dogs on beds or furniture. Dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner. Excluded breeds – Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds and Rottweilers. The size and breed is required in writing for approval. Dogs must be leashed outside. If additional cleaning is required, an additional fee will be assessed against the security deposit. The NONREFUNDABLE pet fee is $75 per stay. 6. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
